TNA Impact! (September 8, 2016)

Since watching the Final Deletion a couple days back I’ve been on a bit of a TNA kick so I’ve decided to check out another episode replete with Broken Matt Hardy wackiness. Today we’re going to dive into the September 8, 2016 episode of Impact which brought us the Delete or Decay match that pitted the Hardys against Decay. So let’s get down to business.

TNA Impact! (July 5, 2016)

As I move away from doing random one off match reviews to focus more on full show reviews, I’ve been going back and reviewing shows where I might have reviewed a single match in the past and this is one of those shows. This episode of TNA Impact is best known for a the Final Deletion match but there was an entire undercard that also happened on the show. I reviewed the Final Deletion match when the match went down. but today we’re going to take a look at the entire thing.

DDT DNA21 ~Thank You Kitazawa Town Hall!~ (September 30, 2016)

So today I’m looking at a random-ass DDT show 2016, specifically one of their DNA (DDT New Attitude) shows. Why am I watching this? Because everything in life is cancelled and I’ve got nothing better to do and all the matches from this show are readily available on YouTube, that’s why! So here are some brief words about the matches.

Lucha Underground (November 30, 2016)

We kick things off with a Previously on Lucha Underground reel showing us Black Lotus getting her arm broke by Pentagon Dark and then showing up with a gaggle of Japanese ladies to wreck shit on him. It’s time to Lucha!

TNA One Night Only: Knockouts Knockdown 2016 (April 22, 2016)

This is a pretty solid concept: a PPV from a major wrestling company that solely features women’s wrestling matches. Unfortunately the company in question is TNA and they have a pretty poor track record with…well, pretty much all the things. Let’s get ready to fumble!!!!

TNA Total Nonstop Deletion (December 15, 2016)

We’re in Cameron, North Carolina tonight for Total Nonstop Deletion. Senor Benjamin tells us (en Español) that we shouldn’t try this at home and Vanguard 1 informs us that no drones were harmed in the making of this event.

From there it’s time for a montage! Reby’s playing a piano. Matt Hardy’s in a dilapidated boat in the middle of a lake. Jeff Hardy is doing edgelord landscaping. Things are about to get broken!

NXT TakeOver Toronto (November 19, 2016)

NXT has been kind of in a weird transitional period since the brand split depleted their roster. How will that affect NXT’s first big event out of the Great White North? Let’s check it out yo!

WWE SmackDown Live (November 22, 2016)

After a quick recap of the events that transpired Sunday at Survivor Series on Sunday, SmackDown Live is underway.

Commissioner Shane McMahon, looking like slightly warmed over dog shit makes his way down to the ring for the opening talky portion of SmackDown. He talks about how he’s not 100% because of Survivor Series and gives props to the Raw team and the SmackDown team except for Dean Ambrose.

NXT (October 19, 2016)

The show kicks off with a video package reviewing the feud between Joe and Nakamura thus far. We get Joe laying out Nakamura for “6 to 12 weeks,” and then the brawl that ended last week’s episode. NXT baby!

Welcome to NXT! We’re kicking things off right tonight with a first round match in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic that promises to be glorious!
