WWE Saturday Morning Slam (September 15, 2012)

I continue my haphazard delve into the realm of WWE C-Shows by going back to an old favorite, Saturday Morning Slam. When last I took a look at this show I assumed that I was done reviewing it until the day finally came when the WWE Network uploaded the entire series since there were two episodes that I could not, for the life of me, find on YouTube or any sketchy YouTube-esque sites. The WWE Network is, to my knowledge, still Saturday Morning Slam free, but I was able to locate one of the two episodes I’ve yet to see on a site that has undoubtedly loaded my computer up with all sorts of malware. The sacrifices I make to review 8 year old WWE C-Shows geared towards small children…

Anyway, without any further ado here’s a bunch of words about the September 15, 2012 episode of WWE Saturday Morning Slam.

Urban Wrestling Federation Thug Assassins (January 22, 2012)

As the COVID-19 virus continues to ravage our lands and our options for new entertainment become few and far between, we turn to older amusements to fill our time which is why today I’m looking at another Urban Wrestling Federation show.

I last reviewed a mess of these shows when my apartment was getting renovated and I was staying at my in-laws place with nothing to amuse myself other than crap I could find on YouTube. While I still do have other options available to me, this popped up on my sidebar the other day and I decided to watch it since the previous three shows were all batshit insane and good for a laugh which seems like something everyone could use right about now.

TNA Hardcore Justice 2012 (August 12, 2012)

Today I continue my haphazard exploration of IMPACT/TNA/Whatever by taking a look at the August 2012 PPV, Hardcore Justice. We kick things off with a video package of people hitting each other with plunder while text on the screen promises us, “THERE WILL BE BLOOD!” I’m going to hold you to that TNA Hardcore Justice!

WWE Saturday Morning Slam (December 29, 2012)

This was another year-end “Best Of” episode of the Slam, but I watched it for the sake of completion, so here are some brief notes and such about what went down. The show begins with your friend and mine, Voice Over Guy, telling us that that this is another “Best Of” episode and explaining that in today’s main event we’ll see John Cena take on Heath Slater, but first one half of the tag team champions, Daniel Bryan, will be in action against Tyson Kidd.

We start things off this week with a cartoon CM Punk trudging through the snow. He comes upon a Christmas tree hooked up to a Big Red Button™ that he proceeds to press though nothing happens when he does.

Voice Over Guy welcomes us once again to Saturday Morning Slam and tells us that he hopes we’re not too full from breakfast because Ryback will be feeding us more in the main event or something, but first let’s head to the arena for our opening contest.

WWE Saturday Morning Slam (December 8, 2012)

It’s time for another exciting episode of the most electrifying thirty minutes on TV on Saturday mornings circa 2012! Voice Over Guy welcomes us to the show and informs us that this week the leader of the CeNation is going to be in action against Heath Slater of 3MB in the main event, but first we’re getting Titus O’Neil going up against Sheamus in our opening bout.

WWE Saturday Morning Slam (December 1, 2012)

Voice Over Guy welcomes us to a very special episode of Saturday Morning Slam emanating from Jolly Old England. He informs us that the main event will see the Usos taking on the team of Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd, but first our opening contest.

WWE Saturday Morning Slam (November 24, 2012)

Voice Over Guy welcomes us to a very special post-Thanksgiving episode of Saturday Morning Slam and gives us a rundown of what’s going on this week before we head to the arena for our opening contest. We’re apparently getting a pie eating contest in addition to our regular mid-carders wrestling for wrestling’s sake matches we usually get.
