I continue to watch and review the random wrestling shit I have saved on an external hard drive for whatever reason with another episode from Lucha Underground’s first season. The back half of this has honestly been a bit more hit or miss then the opening part of the season but they still have it in them to knock it out of the park from time to time so let’s see if this week’s episode is an all-timer or a bunch of crap with one or two “it was fine for a TV wrestling match,” matches.

Lucha Underground (May 13, 2015)
Going back to the Lucha Underground well with the May 13, 2015 installment. Last week’s episode was pretty solid after an absolute dud on an episode the week prior to that. Hopefully this week is closer to the former rather than the latter.

In my ongoing effort to clear out my hard drive of wrestling shows I’ve not watched I head back to Season 1 of Lucha Underground. This is the April 29, 2015 episode. Don’t really have anything else to say up top about it so let’s get down to business.

The last couple of episodes of Lucha Underground I’ve watched have largely been pretty solid wrestling shows so I guess I might as well watch another episode of Lucha Underground and see what sort of wild-ass lucha action they’ve got for me this go round.

Over the past month or so AEW’s had me more amped up and excited about professional wrestling than I’ve been probably since shortly after WCW closed up shop back in 2001. Between the big signings, the air of predictability that comes from working with pretty much every major wrestling company around the globe save for WWE in addition to a mess of indies, and the fact that they’re going to pretty much turn Dark into WCW Worldwide and start filming in Universal Studios Florida I am hyped beyond belief about AEW so this weekend I decided to go back and watch the show that directly lead to AEW’s creation: All In.
I guess the story behind this goes that Big Dave Meltzer commented that Ring of Honor would never be able to sell out a 10,000 seat arena so Cody Rhodes took that as a challenge and along with the Young Bucks put together a show that took place at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois on September 1, 2018. Tickets apparently sold on in 30 minutes. Anyway here are words about that show.

I have the first season of Lucha Underground on my phone so I figure I might as well continue watching it during my commute. I mean what else am I going to do? That sounds a lot less enthusiastic than I wanted it to now that I’m looking at it. Lucha Underground is pretty terrific so let’s take a look at another episode as I make my way through a backlog of wrestling.

I’m on a bit of a Lucha Underground kick now so here’s another review of a season one episode. As was revealed in the post-credit stinger of the previous episode we’ve got a cage match between Johnny Mundo and King Cuerno to look forward to so let’s get down to business.

After seeing the Lucha Underground inspired video package for Lance Archer on that episode of AEW Dynamite I watched the other day I decided to go ahead and get back into that show. So let’s get down to business!

As the Coronavirus Era of professional wrestling continues and I find myself going back to old shit from the 80s and 90s for some escapism I realize that I’ve yet to check out how AEW has dealt with the new normal so today we’re going to take a look at the March 18, 2020 edition of AEW Dynamite to see what Cody & The Boyz have cooked up to entertain us.

Welcome back to another review of another AEW show. This one is their July 13, 2019 Fight For The Fallen event to raise money for survivors of gun violence. They’re coming to us live from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
