TNA The Best Damn Wrestling Event Period – Night 2 (November 11, 2004)

I’m going to go ahead and watch Night 2 of TNA’s Best Damn Wrestling Event Period. The first one wasn’t all that great and I have zero expectations that this one is going to be any better, especially since this one guarantees us at least two matches featuring the hosts of the Best Damn Sports Show Period in action. That being said, the thing I most like watching and reviewing on this site are the weird one-offs and there’s nothing weirder than a one-off crossover with a late night sports talk show. So let’s get to it.

TNA Destination X 2005 (March 13, 2005)

So I continue my foray into being a guy who only watches IMPACT Wrestling today with a look at Destination X 2005 coming to us live from the IMPACT Zone in Orlando, Florida. I think I’m going to go through the random IMPACT shows that are available in full on IMPACT’s YouTube channel along with the random stuff of questionable legality I have on an external hard drive in chronological order and this one seems to be the oldest one that I’ve not reviewed already so it seems as good a place as any to start so let’s get to it.

WWE Money in the Bank 2020 (May 10, 2020)

The basic cable channel here that airs WWE shit broadcasted a mess of Money in the Bank PPVs last weekend and I ended up watching this one with my kid so I figured I would write some words about it since I’ve written about every single WWE show from July 1998 and thus have nothing to review for the remainder of the month anyway.

TNA Impact! – Open Fight Night (June 21, 2012)

My ongoing effort to replace reviews of stray matches I did with reviews of complete shows continues as we take a gander at this random-ass episode of Impact Wrestling from 2012. So let’s head to the Impact Zone to see what random former WWE wrestler is going to make Professor Iron “Mike” Tenay bellow, “WHAT’S HE DOING IN THE IMPACT ZONE?!”

TNA Impact! (September 8, 2016)

Since watching the Final Deletion a couple days back I’ve been on a bit of a TNA kick so I’ve decided to check out another episode replete with Broken Matt Hardy wackiness. Today we’re going to dive into the September 8, 2016 episode of Impact which brought us the Delete or Decay match that pitted the Hardys against Decay. So let’s get down to business.

TNA Impact! (July 5, 2016)

As I move away from doing random one off match reviews to focus more on full show reviews, I’ve been going back and reviewing shows where I might have reviewed a single match in the past and this is one of those shows. This episode of TNA Impact is best known for a the Final Deletion match but there was an entire undercard that also happened on the show. I reviewed the Final Deletion match when the match went down. but today we’re going to take a look at the entire thing.

TNA Hardcore Justice 2012 (August 12, 2012)

Today I continue my haphazard exploration of IMPACT/TNA/Whatever by taking a look at the August 2012 PPV, Hardcore Justice. We kick things off with a video package of people hitting each other with plunder while text on the screen promises us, “THERE WILL BE BLOOD!” I’m going to hold you to that TNA Hardcore Justice!

TNA Impact! (October 1, 2005)

After watching the debut episode of NWA:TNA on YouTube the other day I’ve decided to get really into covering Impact Wrestling, but I’m too lazy to do any actual work so I’m just going to watch the random stuff they’ve got up on their YouTube channel completely devoid of context. Today we’re looking at the October 1, 2005 episode of TNA Impact.

WWF King of the Ring 2000 (June 25, 2000)

Having been working through the awfulness that is WCW 2000, I decided to go and see how the other half was living and check out a WWF PPV from the same time. So why King of the Ring 2000? Because I’m also randomly watching all the Wrestling Observer’s worst matches of the year and this PPV contains the apparent worst match of 2000 which, given the shit I’ve seen on Nitros from that year, is truly an incredible feat. So let’s get on with the show!

WWE House Hardy Halloween (October 28, 2018)

When all the legal rigmarole regarding the Broken Universe was finally settled and Matt Hardy brought the character to the WWE I thought his crazy little corner of the wrestling world was the perfect sort of thing for the WWE Network and longed for a Broken/Woken Universe series. My wish has finally become a reality with the House Hardy Halloween.
